Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026 · Quick Scale LLC

This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Scale LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Workout AI mobile application (also known as Voice Workout Tracker) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Related terms appear in our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Quick Scale LLC. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at workwithjacksontaylor@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive identifiers and profile details those providers make available (such as name and email address), and we create an account profile in our systems.
  • Profile preferences. Information you provide during onboarding or in Settings, such as display name, preferred units (lb/kg), primary fitness goal, and calendar week-start preference.
  • Workout and training data. Exercises, sets, reps, weights, durations, plans, custom exercises, notes, and related log history you create in the app.
  • Health and metric data. Health metrics you enter or sync, including data from Apple Health / HealthKit when you grant permission (for example body weight and other metrics the app is configured to read or write). Health data is sensitive; we use it only to provide the features you enable.
  • Voice and audio inputs. If you use voice logging or voice features, we process audio you record so we can transcribe it and extract structured workout information. Audio is processed to deliver the feature you requested and is not sold.
  • AI coach / agent interactions. Text or voice prompts you send to the in-app agent, and the structured results returned (such as proposed workouts, logs, or answers).
  • Subscription and purchase information. Entitlement and purchase status managed through Apple In-App Purchase and our subscription provider (RevenueCat), such as whether you have an active Pro subscription. We do not receive your full payment card number.
  • Device and usage data. Approximate technical and product-analytics data such as app events, feature usage, device type, operating system, crash/diagnostic signals, and similar information collected via analytics tools (including PostHog when enabled).
  • Local device storage. Data cached on your device (for offline use, session tokens, and preferences) using on-device storage mechanisms.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Sync workout, metric, and preference data across your sessions
  • Process voice and text inputs with AI systems so we can transcribe, extract, plan, and assist with logging
  • Enable Apple Health sync when you opt in
  • Process subscriptions and unlock Pro features
  • Understand product usage and fix bugs
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our terms
  • Comply with law and protect the Service and users

4. AI processing

Certain features send content you provide (such as audio for transcription, workout descriptions, or agent messages) to AI service providers so we can return a result to you. Those providers process that content on our behalf to operate the feature. Do not include information in prompts or recordings that you are not comfortable having processed for that purpose.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting/backend (such as Supabase), authentication providers (Apple, Google), AI inference providers (such as via OpenRouter), subscription infrastructure (Apple, RevenueCat), and analytics (such as PostHog).
  • Apple Health / HealthKit when you enable health sync and grant permission; data written to or read from Apple Health is also subject to Apple’s terms and your device permissions.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. HealthKit-specific notice

If you enable Apple Health integration, Workout AI may read and/or write health-related data you authorize. We use HealthKit data to sync metrics into your log, charts, and coach context, and to write metrics you log back to Apple Health when that feature is enabled. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, or sell it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

7. Data retention

We retain account, workout, metric, and related data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain limited records afterward for legitimate business purposes such as compliance, dispute resolution, security, and enforcing our agreements. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or needed for the purposes above.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Access and export. You may export your data from in-app Settings where that feature is available.
  • Correction. You can update profile and logged data in the app.
  • Health permissions. You can revoke Apple Health access in iOS Settings or disable sync in the app.
  • Microphone. You can deny or revoke microphone permission in iOS Settings; voice features will not work without it.
  • Delete account. You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your account data from our systems subject to the retention limits described above.
  • Marketing. We do not currently use your data for third-party advertising networks.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), including rights to request access, deletion, correction, or information about certain sharing. To exercise a privacy right, email workwithjacksontaylor@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International processing

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

12. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (Apple, Google, our backend host, AI providers, subscription and analytics vendors). Their handling of information is governed by their own policies when they act as independent controllers. We encourage you to review those policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
